To Buy



  1. Add 0.5C kosher salt to 2qt water in large bowl and dissolve
  2. Add wings
  3. Store for 5-6 hours in fridge


  1. Heat oven to 450°F
  2. Line half sheet with foil, add rack
  3. Transfer wings from brine to platter
  4. Add salt and pepper to wings
  5. Microwave at full power for 3 minutes
  6. Flip wings over
  7. Salt and pepper again
  8. Microwave at full power for another 2 minutes
  9. Transfer wings to wire rack and place in oven
  10. Reduce oven to 350°F
  11. Cook 40 minutes
  12. Remove wings, flip, and return to oven for another 20 minus or until golden brown
  13. Toss with buffalo sauce and serve
